Always disappointing. Came in for a small amount of Euros but they didn't have a "foreign teller" working so could not give me any. They called around for other branches and nearest one they said was Calabasas - while waiting I called the nearest store on Kanan and they confirmed they had some and I could pick it up. At the same time two other people were directed to other branches for different types of transactions that they couldn't complete here.

Everyone was performatively cordial....but being a trans person whose presentation (for now, but progressing forward rapidly) is up to the person to gender, I felt soooooo anxious and for good reason.

But yeah, the doorman aggressively brutalized me into a gender category I didn't ascribe to.....like almost yelled it at me.

And like.....the assistant manager used the wrong pronouns and the teller like....used a wrong gender reference that felt shoehorned.

It was weird and made me very very very uncomfortable.

So much so that I cashed my check and refuse to go there again.

Shawn Kamrava is the worst Branch Manager I have ever talked to. He made things very difficult for me. I have been with Wells Fargo For 8 years. I am closing my account due to the way I was treated by this Horrible branch Manager.  If you bank with Wells Fargo stay away the Westlake Branch!!
Shawn Kamarava will make it a very bad experience if the time comes you need help or have a question.
