Very professional and great attitude but then you get judged and insalted ( in my experience) and told ‘no matter what Wells Fargo will win and you never nor can prove any missing funds! Lol ‘     then you feel like a complete idiot just humiliated and told your wasting there time ‘ Mohammed’ and he was going to charge $5 per page to get a copy of my statement. Soo I guess my $5,031 just decided to disappear...

A great bank for personal banking. Staff is wonderful to work with. They have many currencies to exchange money prior to traveling.

Attempted to contact a representative by phone. No answer to 5 of the 6 local numbers. The sixth number answered and transferred me to another number. I was transferred 4 times before someone could address my issue. Every experience I have is a unpleasant one. Seeking out another bank to transfer my mortgage, personal and business accounts.
