i find it odd, that a chip credit card issued from this branch ends up being used at a restaurant a couple blocks away at thai noodle king. when we live in NJ. Somethings wrong here!!!

Why list a branch phone number if they never answer? Even their own central  representatives could not get a hold of anyone. As a business customer (or regular customer for that matter) ....would it not be "customer friendly" to simply answer your phones ? Just saying!!

Horrible. Just horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank. They simply cannot get anything done and take forever to get nothing done. Don't open an account here or even think about placing your loan with them.
