I would not ever recommend this bank. The staff is rude and 90% of them have no brain in their heads. I felt like my toddler could do a better job than they do. It might be time for them to close their doors. Horrible experience

I went to this location Wednesday the 14th to close my personal account thought I had did so withdrawn all the money filled out the forms one about my business got an e-mail my online banking Saturday the 17th that there was still $20 left in my account from everything that is cleared cold the Wells Fargo 24-hour business line ask them to transfer the $20 into the business account that I have without Fargo said they could not do that that I needed to go into the store location no problem women the store location Monday the 19th to withdrawal the remaining $20 to once again finally closed my personal account collected the $20 from the teller tomb which they told me yes now the count finally closed did the clothes up process once more went about my business here it is Wednesday the 21st went to check my business account with Wells Fargo had a message about my personal account that my personal account is overdrawn $55 now because apparently they made a mistake and the $20 was not supposed to be withdrawn call customer service to explain everything as they can see my account told me she doesn't know what happened in the branch but the $20 was taken which overdrawn my account and that the account wasn't closed so now I'm responsible for the $55 overcharge and they still have not closed the account. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 7 years I have a personal account or joint account and a business account all at this location as I've said the personal account has been closed and after all of this the other accounts will be closed as well it is best to just avoid this Bank overall we already know about the bogus accounts that was created for one! plus it just seems this location impeticular can not do simple task, don't follow instructions ,don't pay attention and are more worried about chit-chatting with each other than taking care of customers.

Terrible staff and manager when I went in there on Wednesday to give them some new  business. They choice to skip me and take two people who came in after I was already there. Manager did wrong.
