I use this bank as my primary fiance reservoir although I despise big banks. But taking a leap into the larger spectrum today all of the small banks are owned by a big one so for being a big bank wells Fargo gets 0 stars but since I've not had many issues with their personal service of me I can give them 2 stars.

Wells fargo is the worst bank ever! Over draft fees are ridiculous! Customer service on site and over phone is horrible and rude! They try to steal your money every chance they get!

customer service here sucks, walked in and asked to open an account for savings wgen i am already a member and he tells me that i cant be helped, thanks wells fargo time to go to another bank

Dealing with this band and their staff was the biggest run around my boyfriend and I had trying to purchase a home. Never in our life had we had to read fax so many things that were missed placed. We both had purchased homes before but never had we had to go so soo many of their bs hoops to get this one.
