I normally don’t go into the bank for any reason, I always use the ATM drive up. Yesterday, I went in to deposit my check and I had an amazing experience with Crystal! The minute I walked in, she was leaning over the counter, smiling, ready to assist me. She commented on my shirt from a previous musical I had done and we talked for a good while about theater and the shows that we both adore. I was able to deposit my check and get cash all while holding such a pleasant conversation with her. It was a great experience overall and I will certainly be stopping in far more often!

Really helpful and nice staff. They can be swamped with people and they don't show any stress or loss of professionalism. Always accurate and timely with service

They ask a lot of Personal Qns as they try hard to be friendly. Those conversations don’t always help. Generally, i like how they do their work

Waited for 15 minutes! In car outside while the teller was clearly chatting with a friend!... never stopping at this bank again!

The manager I spoke to was named Mariah and she was competent with her duties but tbh she smelled like she had just finished smoking something that wasn't tobacco. Come to think of it her eyes were a lil red for that time of the afternoon also. I wasn't mad at her service, just that she was obviously stoned and handling people's cash is upsetting to me. Rant over!!!
