Good level service with helpful staff and they giving good advices pretty much... I have some issues especially to open an account and the things you need to get and to keep him active... Anyway they have exchange money spot which is good especially if you are from abroad like me...

Edited my review they stepped it up a little bit. Staff is super nice but they NEED a drive up ATM so you don't get robbed. Someone tried to steal my car when I was making a deposit at their walk up ATM. So now I will only go during business hours to make a deposit at their drive up tellers.

The whole bank from manager to bank teller DO NOT know do cash advance. I tried to deposit my son 's check with my name on it, they told me I have to open another account with my name and my son 's name. I told them I deposit the check like this last month in another Wells Fargo and have no problem. They insisted I have to open another account. No comment. The staff is lack of knowledge and experience. I will not come back here again until they change different staffs with experiences and well trained.

I open an account at Wells Fargo the location on ulmerton Road in Largo  because it was close to my Scottrade account branch, and there's one right next to my house. Don't let the convenience fool you.  My customer had deposited a check into my account three days ago. It cleared their bank yesterday. Wells Fargo still has not collected the funds. My customer is irate with me right now and I've had a horrible horrible experience with this bank. Suggestions find a real bank. Thank you Michael Sayers 727-325-4767
