Normal wells Fargo location offering misinformation and confusion free to all customers. The ATM outside is frequently out of cash and when the employees are told about it they reply with that's not our atm to manage.  Really idiots, it says wells Fargo on it and its on your property. Wells Fargo is a bank to avoid in general. They are in the middle of a massive class action lawsuit for fraudulently setting up accounts in peoples name without there knowledge, and any bank that does that is a bank to avoid.  Being in green valley one would think that they would have older folks helping customers, the older folks that remember what respect is and put customer service first.  But alas, its the same story as Tucson, stupid kids making whatever problems customers have even worse with misinformation and lack of training.   Horrible customer service and even worse help over the phone. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Tried to get a home loan through them. They had us on a merry go round for six months. They always needed one more thing, it was never ending. Finally we had them stop our loan process out of frustration. We started the loan process through the home builder and were in our house in three weeks lol. And To top things off, Wells Fargo had the nerve to send us a denial of loan letter due to credit score.
