There customer services for inside and phone are the worst I had ever deal with.  They don't even deserve the one star. 

1st when you can make a payment online you cannot use credit card 2ndTo pay inside you can only use cash
3rd  Phone customer service is very rude can't be on speaker only can talk to one person very weird rules
4th When you ask a question they tell you other information and don't understand what you're asking.
They are not in business to help you in any form or fashion please stay away from the Wells Fargo and less you want to be seriously and inconvenience

Out of all the banks I have used in my lifetime,Wells Fargo far exceeds all of my expectations and has offered me unparalleled customer service and advice with smiling faces.
I had what I thought was another problem today and met with Amirza Ismail who once again solved my problem and made a potentially complicated issue quite simple. Thank you Ismail and thank you Wells Fargo.

Wish I could put zero stars! Usually I would go to the Wells Fargo downtown but it is closed now. Never had a problem cashing my check until I came here made me wait while they called to verify, and help all the customers that came in after me. Never before was there a call to verify and let me help all the customers before
