Need to have all teller windows open when there are a lot of customers inside the bank so there isn't a long line and a long wait for customers in a hurry. But the employees are always very nice and helpful.

Rude bank manager. She doesn't have any knowledge in business banking. Only thing she knows how to talk very loud front of other customers and let everyone know what's going on.

Ive only had two people in the last year at this location actually treat me nicely. Mostly every encounter I have with this wells fargo is filled with disrespect and lack of information. They will not tell you anything simply because they dont know (which shows a lack of management in the establishment) or they will tell you very vague details in a very rude manner. I have called the 1800 customer service number only to be hung up on (which shows the corporate side of things is just as bad as local). 

The only wells fargo in the middle georgia area that is worth going to is the location on Watson Boulevard. They are friendly, always smiling, and will bend over backwards to help you. 

Im very disappointed with you wells fargo. You will be losing yet another customer. (sad part is i actually liked banking with you). 

Time to start doing more research in finding another bank.
