I am honestly not sure why this has 3.9 reviews. I been going here for the past 2 months and it just gets worst. I spend more hours with the teller than in line. At times, its about the same, the 10 minutes in line compared to 10 minutes with the teller. Customer service is really bad here. I think there was only one decent employee to seem to care. The managers are the worst. I was making a business deposit and the teller was helping when randomly the manager kept pulling her out from helping me just to have her take care of another customer for her, my question to her is why couldn't she do it and let the the poor girl do her job. I also had another experience where the teller took his sweet time, and well I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but then he has the nerve to make fun of it (as if I have all the time in the world) and tells me a rude joke that he is going on his lunch break, laughs then takes another 5 minutes. I literally saw two people done with their deposits and yet I am still waiting on him. Oh on top of that he seems frustrated and upset for taking my 5 deposits. I am not sure if he knows this but... you work in a bank, you are a bank teller this is part of the job description. Of course I kept my calm, thinking I will complain to the manager. Then I noticed how the manager treats her employees and thought, jeez if she doesn't care for her employees what makes me think she cares for her customers. Every day I go in there I keep getting these awful experiences. I mean I thought it was maybe me, hey maybe they don't like me.. but no, other employees from my work tell me they have the same bad experience. Out of all my years, I swear I never experience this in other banks. We go from Chase, Logix, Citibank, BOA, etc. This is by far the only yet somehow the worst bank I ever been to. I mean just walking in you can see the employees face saying Hello I am miserable. My advice, get a new management team. I am changing banks.

I had a problem on my account where i was not able to make a cash deposit because the machine was rejecting my bills because they were torn.  It was11 pm and was not able to make that cash deposit.  The next day, I was about to get charged with NSF fees for 2 items, and the manager she honored my request of not charging nsf fees because ive never had  bounced any items.  I am very happy that they did this,  Wells Fargo is showing good faith practices with the customers.

Most incompetent people working here. Terrible service!!! Asked for an immediate wire and they gave me all kinds of excuses "branch manager isn't here yet" "branch manager is now in a meeting" "we'll get it done some time today" are you kidding me??!!!! You have ONE JOB!! Get it right! God bless Chase. Member of Wells Fargo for 15 years, closed my account.

Terrible service. I happen to be one of those people that does not have a bank account but I've never had a problem cashing my payroll check at the bank the check is drawn on once I produce my identification.  The check is issued from Wells Fargo so what could the problem possibly be? (There was no clarity on this by the way other than something about the computer.)

Sure every bank has their guidelines but when I am being questioned about my identity, and the implication is even made that I have a green card while your institution has engaged in unethical activity nationwide I have to say that is deplorable behavior. 

I even tried to get the teller to use her brain and think about what she was asking me since she was contradicting herself but brains aren't a plenty at this location. Basically you can possibly open an account with the 2 forms of identification I produced but oh no! you cannot cash a check Wells Fargo has issued to you. It's not difficult to understand the contradiction but her eyes were pretty much glazed over by being challenged. 

I'm no fan of big banks anyway but the teller did zero to sway my opinion. Rather she reinforced how clueless people associated with this bank are.

These people always treat me well, and I'm not an Armen. In fact they go a little overboard. I could do without the "How's your day? Are you having a good day?" routine. But that's better than being treated like a robbery suspect. Nice: free bottled water and candy. Not nice: not having much money in my actual account.
