Ok. I had a bad experience, where they were not able to open my account but then few days later, Bank Manager Jake Ackley calls me, apologizes and tells me to come in and he can get my account opened as he has fixed the issue. Chelsea Helt Bank Store Manager also apologizes and they both give me their card and get my account open in few min. A big bank like Wells Fargo going out of the way to take care of their customers is really rare and amazing. Thank you. I guess Wells Fargo has found a long time customer in me for sure. Thanks

Riley was extremely helpful and to the point, it was a pleasant and friendly banking experience.

It would be nice of the tellers would verify the information, but all in all the employees are pretty friendly
