In the past this branch has been exceptional, however we had a very negative experience this past month. The new accounts clerk opened an account for my 15 year-old daughter and promised a debit card would shortly arrive in the mail.

Card arrived but it turned out to be a ATM card with no privileges outside the bank. In the mean time, my daughter went on a school trip out of state and got stuck having to borrow money from other students until they were able to visit a non-wells ATM far from home.

The bank refuses to make good on the non-wells ATM charges and in fact sees this as our fault for not knowing the card was the incorrect version.

I have visited the bank branch and called the online number, neither will acknowledge the banks fault nor assist.

The best branch I've been to. Dave the manager is outstanding! Friendly staff, always quick, always helpful. Highly recommended branch!!

Although I despise Wells Fargo for all their ridiculous fees, this branch has great people.   Friendly and attentive all of the time.  If they just had the fee structure of FirstBank I would love it.
