Good bank but always finding ways to charge extra fees

It's clean and a nice location but don't go there for anything other then actual banking. The tellers are the only ones that know how to work, are professional and move quick. I went in for an auto loan non of the bankers looked my way but one and he hardly knew what he was doing. He said he would call me that following Monday but never called. I finally had to look up the status myself of my loan online and found out the application was never completed and it was my responsibility to complete it. By the end I did all the work myself. The number he provided me didn't work neither did the one given online. Bottom line if you need anything other then banking and are only by that branch do yourself a favor and just apply for yourself online. You will just get pissed off if you go there. I'm doing him a courtesy by not giving he's abd his managers (who by the way I also spoke to, but was in all day meets and is to busy to return or answer her calls.

Bank is clean and welcoming, tellers are friendly and always ready to help.
