This is the worse bank imaginable. I opened a credit card and all the money from my checking account, and more, was taken out to cover my whole balance. I have been calling all month to get this issue resolved but every time I am told something different by each representative. Now I am just waiting for all the overdraft fees to kick in for something they cannot fix.

New customer, just moved to EP and opened account with "big bank" and it was the worst experience with a bank ever!  I called in when both my debit cards were declined and account frozen then I was told it was in the process of being closed because a teller deposited 2 checks into my account by mistake and they were stop pay of course, so instead of calling us or investigating their mistake, they close our accounts up, and say they can send us our money in the mail in 5 days!  Wtf???  Finally local rep helped clear it all out since I was on the road and He apologized for all the other morons working at this bank...  Thank you Mr Johnson, but you are the only reason I kept account open...  Hope they can appreciate good people like yourself...

The phone is never answered. It is always the answering machine an employees.
