What I don't like is that they close at 6 exactly .. so I have to be rushing here every Friday .. at least chase bank gives us 10 minutes after six to get there .. so I guess wells Fargo don't want my money .. right after this I go to chase and have no problem making it and depositing my money with them .. that's the difference between chase and wells Fargo .. no matter how much I want to be loyal to wells Fargo they give me reason not to .. 10 minutes is that to much to ask  .. chase got the right idea .. they are winning my vote

Terrible Manager here at Carson Walls Fargo I bank there for over 17 years and a heavy set woman manager Nereda Vargas would not cash a 3500 check because of the amount. I asked Nereda Vargas 3 times that I wanted the full amount. She continued with the same answer. Is she really authorised to tell a 17 year patron no
That's why people don't come to this Carson branch. She was terrible. You guys ever notice they ask you about 5 personal questions during your transaction, this needs to stop!!!

Below average, wants to charge cashier check fee, it was free at other places, maybe policy changed but they did not want to help.

this wells fargo is by far the absolute worst banking place i have ever come in contact to in my entire 20 years of life.the manager Antoinette is so concerned by everyone else life and issues she cant take care of herself, she is so pathetic. yelling at employees like they are nothing but a hamster running on a wheel. not only would i recommend not working here i would never refer a friend or enemy to bank at this financial institution. it should be closed down immediately for lack of education!!!!!!!!!!!!
