I sat in Wells Fargo well over 45 minutes just to see a banker for something that took 2 seconds. No one came over to acknowledge me until I seen the banker. There was no sorry for your wait or anything. I will NEVER come back to this location ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would!

My wife went in there to get some papers notarized and they did not do it saying some lame excuses, she went into the branch in belair as well and got the same reluctance. I have been banking with them before even they changed their name from Wachovia. Same day she walked into a SECU branch and they did not eve ask if we had an account and notarized everything with no fuss. Lazy people that is all I can tell.
