Terrible inside service. The one lady I talked to about fraud on my account took everything I said and twisted everything I said around. By the time I left I had no help at all. She was rude and had no customer experience at all. She should be fired! But, talk to someone on the phone, excellent service. The rude lady sat at the first desk as you walk in the door at the Lake Elsinore office. She has short dark hair and is skinny.  She can seem very nice at the beginning but watch your back!

My mom had just got out of surgery and she asked me to go deposit her check into her account. DEPOSIT! She wanted it split into two different accounts therefore I couldn't just use the ATM. They said I couldn't do it because it wasn't my card. I explained my mom's situation and she said it didn't matter. I asked if I could call or FaceTime my mom so she could confirm that she sent me. She said no that it didn't matter. She had to come personally. Now see why I am so angry? I convinced my mom to switch banks

Do not come here the teller swiped 60 dollars behind my back while making a deposit and lied an bout not doing it and they won't refund me
