I applied for a signature loan online and was approved. I called my local Kernersville branch to see what I needed to do next. I spoke with Angie Mabe and she said she'd have the paperwork ready for me when I got there. She was prepared, professional and extremely courteous. I guess the personnel that work there are okay.... 
Its always crazy busy and rather impersonal... Not like a neighborhood bank or credit union. 
At the end of it all is always the corporate juggernaut that is a large bank. 
Fees for everything.... A fee for this a fee for that....
Loan rates for any type loan are through the roof terrible.... I heard a loan broker quote 20 percent for a personal loan. I have had a loan broker look me in the eye and offer 10.25 percent and not even blink.
Get yourself a credit union account and leave the big bank for the people who don't know any better.

I would not recommend banking here, I was hassled every time I visited. They really push those credit accounts on people, and it's not fair.

Best branch ever, the people who work there really care about you. They greet you by name every time you come in. The are quick to work with you to eliminate the unwanted fees nobody want to pay. They are quick to get you in and out and everyone there knows what they are doing.
