I was a bit nervous going to this bank because of the bad reviews.  They were busy.  The service received couldn't have been better.  This is not my branch and I was there to purchase something from a private party.  The banker approached us, notarized our documents for free.  I saw excellent customer service and very knowledgeable employees.  If there were problems in the past they appear to be gone.  This branch is highly recommended.

After calling several times and no one picking up i finally talked to a lady i witch i told her i needed to go over my account she told me that in order for her to do that i needed to come into the bank and that she had customers in her face and also waiting to be seen i thought it was a doctors office i called!!!! Terrible experience... Calling corporate office now!!
