Im so ready to close my account and go else where. My account has been messed up for a month now. They keep taking monthly fees out two in April already, They've taking money out and can't explain to me where its gone too.

I needed a temporary debit card because there was someone using mine fraudulently. I sat in the waiting area for almost an hour and not one banker helped or acknowledged I was there. Terrible!!!

The tellers I've dealt with have all been friendly and helpful. The building is situated in an awful location, though, and the drive-thru is tricky for larger vehicles.

Do not go on a Saturday morning! They open at 9 three employees walked it at 930-945. Very slow if you need to speak to someone about a new account, ordering checks, bank card, ect.
