I had possibly the easiest and most pleasant banking experience ever. Manager Jose is a delight, very careful, intelligent, polite, detailed and efficient. No B.S. Can't ask for more.

The manager Jose is rude and unhelpful. They prefer to send you to their website or a phone tree, rather than help you as a human. I'll be canceling my account ASAP.
