I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 year. I went into today to exchange a ton of coins I’ve been sitting on....only to find out they don’t have a coin counter. Like other have posted, I was told, "we don't accept coins or have a coin counter...you can roll your own though”.-NOT OK
MY ADVICE TO WELLS FARGO
You are a bank, do your job and take my money and put it in my account for me! I shouldn’t have to roll it myself! Offer solutions to your customers not more problems. 
I also had to work with a banker to make some changes to my account while I was there...one of the worse exchanges I’ve have every had with any person ever. He gave his manager the stink eye for sending me over to him, then the whole time we worked together he never once made eye contact with-it made me feel weird and out of place.

I had two $10 fees from an old gym hit me with $70 worth of overdraft fees. Matthew B, my banker,  told me he could only reverse 50% of the fees. Then told me I was lucky to even get that when I tried to explain the hardship that was going to cause me. Literally yelled you're lucky as I walked out. I'll be contacting corporate about him and I'll never go back to this branch

I love this Wells Fargo Branch in particular due to the fact that I've never been happier banking with any other bank in this region. I always get a welcoming greeting when I enter and they handle my time with the utmost importance. Everyone at the counter is always making sure that I'm taken care of as well as my money.
