They are very difficult to reach by phone which makes it difficult unless you want to always go to the bank physically and drive across town all the time

If I could give a 0 rating I would have (too bad it can't go lower than 1). I asked for a Cashier's check yesterday. After about 30 minutes of super slow processing and making several mistakes (one of which was irreversible and ended up costing me over $10) they said my account is "dormant" and I have to wait a full day to be able to get the check. 
If they knew what they were doing, from the instant they looked at my account they should have been able to tell me this. And the worst part was that the manager didn't seem to care much about this issue.
I'm going to try another bank today and if I don't get excellent service there I will definitely close my account with Wells Fargo.
