I've banked with Wells Fargo for many years and had recently started going to this branch because I moved to the area. It seems like there is so much turnover and dysfunction at this branch. You know theres a problem when the managers are having an argument in the lobby, in front of myself and other customers. The branch manager, Erica W. has been rude to her employees, myself and other customers on multiple occasions. She doesn't know how to do anything yet she sits at one of the teller stations and spits out a witty remark when you go over to her station, it's usually "Well I don't have money so you'll have to be helped by one of the other tellers" SERIOUSLY?!?! You are the manager and you can't even process simple transactions? I've since closed my accounts with Wells Fargo and took my business to a local credit union. I'm never looking back, do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation that is this branch.

Karina Ramirez is the most qualified person that you should deal with at this bank, especially if you want to open an account.  Fantastic, easy to deal with, and listens to her clients.  She should be promoted to bank manager at this branch.   I recommend her to all of our clients!
