Don't do it, anything is better than his bank. When they say they will work with you..... it is a miscommunication and really means you are on your own. They also don't take notes very well and provide alt facts. While they apologize nicely, it is empty.

Manager was available to be a notary and wouldn't help me. They told me to come back later. Horrible customer service. I will be calling to talk to their district manager. Wells Fargo pushes fake customer service very strongly yet when it comes down to it, they fail.

"Wells Fargo in Monticello MN is just full of trash."Anyone who gave it more than 1 star is probably related to a worker there.Also they have a employee there that is a older bald man kinda hefty.He is married and tends to talk very flirty and inappropriate to women  quite disgusting and i speak from experience.Hope your wife reads these reviews.

They are slow at helping you.  They never answer emails.  Sandra Marino is a horrible personal banker.
