They kept my father's account open after I had told them of my father's passing and gave them the death certificate. Because of that his online bills kept going through for 4 months when I found out which led to over drafts. Went back up there they finally decided they were going to close his account. They realized he had a saving account with money in it. Instead of taking what was owed and they didn't tell me anything was owed wrote a cashier check out to me since I was his only relative. Two days later they called me telling me how I had to bring back 2118 dollars after the check went through before they could close out his account. When my bank process some of the money I gave then 1620 back. Told them it would be a few days before the rest came in. The next day the one of the managers called me telling me how if I didn't bring the rest of the money in by 5 because she was going on vacation that she was sending everything over to the legal department!

I have to second what a previous reviewer stated. Mrs. Virginia Owens is truly an asset to Wells Fargo and customers alike. Always pleasant and helpful.

This bank is terrible had a problem everytime I went in there nobody would help me when someone stole money manager said it was pretty black and white you couldn't pay me to bank with them
