Most frustrating and unsatisfactory telephone I have had in many a day.  No live person to speak to.  I have tried four times, pushed the buttons, and either have received a "buzz" and saying that the call cannot be completed and try again.  Other times the phone rings many times only to be told try some other time.  Is this Wells Fargo where my brokerage and shares of equity are placed.  If so, little wonder that the stock has gone down.  I suggest that you try what you put into being - from a customer  point of view.

So glad I don't actually Bank here, just doing a Deposit for a friend. I don't know what was wrong with the young lady teller who waited on me but she was far from pleasant, she couldn't hear me very well as she put her ear to the whole below my face & I asked about E check & if that was how they did checks & she didn't know what I was talking about, just seemed very ignorant & somewhat brash with me, I would never ever Bank here I love Fairwinds Credit Union, they are on another Level compared to this Bank or whatever they call it.
