So I go to open a business account, the system happens to be down. I say "that's too bad." The banker Marilyn L. says: "You should have called before." So the new normal at this Wells Fargo branch is to assume system will be down and call before going? Banks are expected to be fully functional when open to the public and the least that I expect from a banker is to say SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, instead of being DEFENSIVE and try to put the blame on the client. These bankers need a course on emotional intelligence! Very disappointing.

This particular branch never has enough staff on for the busy hours.  I have a 30 min lunch break and I had to wait 20 minutes in line because only 1 person was working most of the time, sometimes 2.  This is not the first time this has happened to me,  I don't understand why that is the case every time I go there.  They need to look at their staffing and time of day and adjust accordingly.  Ruined my day today...

Everytime i turn around i spend what i need too and still have enough in my account to like 10 they swear i am nagitive everytime charged me 5 dollars just get me a money order when o have a account their

Rude to their own customers. Told point blank, by a banker who was staring at the ceiling, that they had no restrooms for the public, customer or otherwise. This was right after I took some money out of my Wells Fargo account. No 'I'm sorry but...'  or any form of basic customer service. Massive lines, and their are people staring off into space... Why am I a customer here?
