Poor management feedback. The banker assured me over and over that my cash deposit would be available immediately being that it was a cash deposit. I insisted several times no I'll just pay the minimum deposit and go pay my bills. The banker said just put in your  cash and you can pay with your new debit card over the phone. So again I ask for more reassurance that indeed my money would be available to pay. Again she reassured several times that it would be immediately. Come to find out that my money was not available until 8 a.m. the next morning. Due to the bankers error in information caused my utilities to be shut off, had to pay a reconnection fee that could have been avoided, my car payment was late which I'm never late on and  had to pay a late fees. I requested for management too call back I've created a case with a customer care team and yet to no avail as we're going on the third week has an anyone called me. This is there error on their behalf that costed me fees in the end. Again no one has contacted me back I have made several follow-up calls through the customer care team and the call center and try to reach out to the branch manager and no one is giving me a call back. The bank teller was not polite, as if she doesn't not enjoy her job. Definitely they need to hire people that appreciate that they have a job. The bank teller was not the most polite to work with she was very rude not uplifting. Definitely had a horrible, nightmare experience, opening up my new account with Wells Fargo.

everyone in the bank is friendly and willing to help. They will answer every question without you getting the feeling they are rushing you to move on. Really nice people!!!! fast service also

DOES ANYONE WORK HERE? I've been sitting inside for over an hour waiting for someone to take care of me, a simple wire transfer. Seems they'd rather chit chat with each other and disappear into back rooms then take care of their customers. Customer service here is absolutely disgusting

The customer service isn't always the greatest.  If you have a large check to cash, go to another branch because 9 times out of 10, the clerk is going to tell you they'll have to order the money and it's going to take a week to come in.
