I can't complain about the local bankers. The were always respectful and nice. I can only complain about the corporate a-holes. I have good credit and several decent sources of income. But they denied me a line of credit to buy a much needed car. I am leaving this bank and going to Sierra Central, a local bank. Taking all my business there. Including my savings, my mortgage, checking and credit card.

This bank is the lowest of the bottom. I was there on Valentine's Day 2011 at 3:15 in the afternoon and heard a teller in training yelling obscenities at his customer, and then when she left, he kept yelling the obscenities. I don't know if they fired the guy but I'll bet they didn't.

This branch needs to teach it's employee's how to not interupt customers both over the phone and in person. The new fees were enough to upset me, the new employee's were enough to make me switch to a CU.
