Stopped at this branch to make a deposit and get change.  Jana requested my ID.  I asked why I needed ID to make a deposit and was told I didn't have a relationship with Wells Fargo.  I'm confused...I thought having business and personal checking and savings accounts implied some sort of "relationship"!!!  Either Jana needs some training or I need a new bank. In all fairness this is the first negative encounter I have had at a a Wells Fargo bank and I have used many branches throughout the country. Very surprising and disappointing.

Didn't get my debit card delivered on time so I called to talk to someone. Waited on the phone on hold for assistance 45 minutes before someone picked up n asked "Why are you on hold" then they just transferred me to the basic 1 (800) number. 
That's just lazy

Left Texas to move to Michigan 5 States later I found a Wells Fargo in Indiana thank you guys I really do appreciate it

I wanted to open a savings account.  Purpose to save and have money transferred from South Africa which would have been invested.  Was told to many scams and I would not get an account opened.  Short but not so sweet!
