Have been a Wells Fargo bank customer for 25 years and a WF Visa customer for 24 years. Have over 800 credit score. Disputed a charge for mechanical work on my truck. Repair shop owner was a pathological liar and bonafide crook. Had my truck for 7 months. Told me I needed new heads because it wouldn't start - $3500.00 labor plus $1200.00 for parts. Did not fix problem. Also heads not installed properly. Pouring out oil. Destroyed two Optima batteries. Replaced fuel pump didn't need etc. Supplied WF with detailed info- pictures, texts with false promises of completion week after week, detailed narrative of damage to truck, faulty repair, parts I didn't need ($250.00 part fixed problem) and testimonal from 3 other shops about faulty repair. Wells Fargo screwed up dispute, didn't read all my documents and closed dispute.  Wrote to Sloan (CEO) - nothing done. I have closed my bank accounts and cancelled my credit card. Completely incompetent, no customer service attitude bank. Read about dummy account scandal and Dept. Of Justice.

I hate banks in general but if I was forced to open a checking account again I'd probably pick Wells Fargo. Banked with them for years and they always took very good care of me.

I am putting my review here since the US Bank inside Smiths won't let me leave a review. I am regular seasonal snowbird to Pahrump who lives in one of the very established RV parks. I took my proof of residence to the bank to open a new checking, she said I needed a copy of my rental agreement with the park. It still wasn't enough and she refused to open a checking account for me.  I believe Katie was the bank managers name. She had an attitude and was very cocky. I want across the street to Bank of America and they opened a brand new Checking account for me in about 5 minutes. After this I will never bank with US Bank ever and they get a 0 rating from me. I think Smiths should raise the rent so US Bank has to move and they can get a better in the store.

I been customer since 2012 i love way how friendly employee were till today try to get a home loan talk to leslie kathryn oiliver was not really helpful and not friendly at all and when i said i will just look around someone els to help me she Hung up on me so disappointed 😠

I've been a business customer at US Bank and Bank of America. Long lines and frustration. US Bank even answers telephones calls while you're standing in front of them. Wells Fargo gets us in and out and back to the businesses we are running.  Ashley Ann does an amazing job as the business teller. Very professional and delivers the very best customer service.
