Vikki and Edina, always professional, quick to help and everyone there has a smile. My family has done business at this location for well over 35 years. It is my opinion, the past reviewers who left 1 star without an explanation, should be ignored. Leave 1 star, you better back it up with a recount of your experience.

Very negative experience with this branch on 1303 Addison Avenue East, Twin Falls.  Wells Fargo in general is a great bank and it's been my only bank, but this branch does not represent what Wells Fargo is. 
The teller told me the checks I was getting was free but then I got charged for them (minor mistake). But then when I called them, the branch manager would not even give me a refund. I had to call Wells Fargo's main corporate fraud division to finally get my money back.
