The only bank in the area to offer drive thru if you're in a hurry! Plenty of parking for they share it with a tire center next door. Have an ATM at main entrance for walk-ins. Plenty of staff or bankers for your convenience. Check for business hours specially weekends. One of the few banks with public bathrooms!!

My bank did not have a notary available and told me this bank had one.  I felt strange going to this bank after being referred by another bank. However the staff was super friendly and very helpful.  Often times when going to a bank I am greeted with a bit of racism from the staff when I walk in.  They give you that pleasant, "I have to smile because I work here"  look, while at the same time giving you the look that you don't belong. Wells Fargo was very different.  Just friendly people willing to help.   I thought the guy would try to say something to convince me to come over to their bank.  When he didn't I told him I had been comparing banks and considering switching.  He told me everything I needed to know about their bank without putting down the other bank.  He said some people switch from us to them and some people switch from them to us.  It's up to you, but let us know if we can be of any assistance. Your welcome here. I have been with what is called the number 1 bank of America for a long time and treated like number two.  Yes they say all the right things, but you can tell they are just words;  and they have their mistakes that are just as frustrating as anywhere else.  However with Wells Fargo,  when you come across great customer service, you never forget it.  I think it's time to bank with a bank that may not be considered number one, but will treat me like I am are number one.

My funds are no longer secure at Wells Fargo, Flagstaff, AZ. Advertisements have infiltrated between detailed charges of my online checking account. Check your online account also. I have tried from October, 2016 to present at the corporate level to have them removed. My question of why it was initiated has been ignored. The company has been unable and unwilling to solve this. Their ploys of politeness are designed to facilitate customer surrender and acceptance. Both Wells Fargo and I lost control of my account, but only one of us is comfortable with this. The Wells Fargo Facebook page is filled with other failures with customers and accounts. The Dec. 28th, 2016 Wall Street Journal documented scandals of this company which gave me the resolve to change institutions. Chase Bank is a hundred yards away and a solution to the slack policy and ethics in addition to the breach of privacy. I will miss the long time association with the personnel. The company failed them too.

When you walk in, you are immediately greeted and helped. The business location is very efficient for NAU students as well.

I've been with Wells Fargo since I was 16 years old. My customer service experience has definitely decreased within the past 5 to 6 years. I went into this specific branch to apply for a loan. The gentleman was very rude, arrogant and condenscending upon asking questions which madebme feel uncomfortable right away. A week later I got a letter saying I was not approved for the loan although my credit score is above 760 and I've been with this bank for over 15 years. I did not feel welcome or appreciated for being a customer for over 15 years. I could tell he didn't give a crap about me or the reason I needed the loan. Even though the loan approval was pending I closed my account the  very day I spoke with the banker and went with Arizona Central Crédit Union. The gentlemen there was extremely helpful and informative and was excited to open my new accounts. He answered all of my questions and even asked me a little about myself which definitely added a personal touch! I also got approved for my loan with no issue.
