Absolutely ridiculous. Who creates a bank with account options that don't allow you to cash a check. I am not into a bank that is going to play games with my money or my friends money. You are a bank it is your job to make my money available to me. You failed miserably. Your haughty employees with their better than thou attitudes have earned you the reward of me sending every single person I know elsewhere. Consumer beware of this financial institution! I've had easier access to my money and cashing checks at my local corner store gas station then this joke of a money management Institution. I am not even a member of this bank I just witnessed my friend go through this horrific experience with his hard-earned money and his trust in this bank being violated. I thought Wells Fargo was a renowned world class top tier bank, now I see they are no better than that white frothy stuff that forms on the corner of your mouth when you're really thirsty. Prove me wrong Wells Fargo and show me that it is just this branch and not your entire company.

I've had an account with Wells Fargo in Rockwall for about 6 years & I've never had a bad experience! They work with me on everything and are usually pretty quick. If you're looking for a banker, go to Shannon! :)

I have been with several different banks over the years and this WF branch, by far, has some of the most customer-focused employees that are super easy to work with. Katy Bunch has helped me a TON over the years and is a major asset to this bank. Thank you guys so much!  Keep up the great work.

I've been banking with Rockwall's WF several years and have never had a bad experience. Tellers have always been friendly. Some waits when there is a crowd but that is to be expected. I reserve the 5th star for the ideal world where there are never wait lines.
