I would rather immerse myself in criminal activities to buy what I wanted instead of get a loan with Wells Fargo.I would rather sell my soul to the devil because the devil wouldn't have such a horrible automated phone system.
They tried to tell me I missed a payment months back and this was the first time I had seen it on my statements; after 3 lengthy phone conversations this was the first time I had heard of it. 4 months after the payment was missed and my last statement from them said that I hadn't missed a payment. The phone operators are horrendous and most of the time cannot comprehend what is going into their ears.
Stay away from this financial institution at all costs. Stay away from all of their affiliates at all costs.

I don't have an account here so they wanted me to pay a fee to cash one of THEIR checks. So I took it to my credit union, which I should have done in the first place, and got it cashed for free. They would have a fee for breathing too much if they could get away with it. I will never have an account here.

Walk in on Friday even though i wanted to slap the hell out of the tall guy behind the counter for asking me a stupid question which is not he's buisness. But i survived.  
The good news is there is their branch manager who is awesome as heck very loving and kind. If some reason u have a concern go to her she will help you. Especially Esmeralda one of their banker tellers very very helpful person. Any concerns or questions go to her she can help. 

Although they may not able to help you out with all your concerns please know that they have rules they need to follow to keep them from being in trouble or loosing their employment. So please people understand and know that these TELLERS are humans and we make mistakes so be patient with them. If not suck it up and be nice or find another bank that can take ur bull crap 😡

Literally just sat and waited for a personal banker to file a list debit card and get a temp card but there was only one personal banker not doing anything. Sat there 30 minutes and she never looked up from her computer. Asked for her assistance and didn't get a response. Step it up. Hate your job? Get a new one!
