I was just in the bank doing a transaction, when my little girl needed to go to the restroom. I asked the teller if there was a restroom. She replys they do not have public restrooms. To walk over to mcdalds!!!! I told her my little girl would not make it their. And shes crying she needs to go. And she just looks at me and says nothing!!! I would give them a 0 if i could. And to think i was wantijng to change banks because bank of america in banner elk is closing!!!!!!

Wells Fargo is a big bank but no custmoer relation at all although  I have 5 accounts   and on my ATM card said since 1994 .so after 23 years with them still treat you like stranger.i go to that branch myself and 
 I deposite money always and one teller know who I'm and all accounts is mine still treat you like someone does not have account at thier bank and is coming to cash a check .and the red head supervisor is worse than that teller insteated she make it sound better she make it worse  as if she own the bank and I told her I am going to closed all my accounts because of poor service she pointed in her hand go a head .I wonder why Wells Fargo hire such peope

I've never had a problem here. The staff know what they're talking about and are willing to sit down and explain anything.

I thought bank of America was bad.  The Boone Wells Fargo Bank is terrible.  I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when I went to shake Brian's hand (a banker there) and he just looked at me like I was a fool.  He never even bothered to try and help me.  Because he did take the time with me an Urgent care visit was delayed a day.  Nice job in not caring for your own customers.  Don't take my word for it.  The 1 star review from consumer affairs says it all.  These people don't care about their own customers.
