decided to open a "free" checking account with them as they are my parents bank of choice. Was even offered a $50 dollar bonus for signing up. Bad move! never saw the bonus and was not informed that the "free" account was only free if you kept a certain balance in your account. $80.00 in overdrafts (and still no bonus!!) as well as inconsiderate staff and csrs have taught me to stay away from this money gobbler.
