If your branch hours say 9-6pm, then you should be OPEN during those hours of operation. Could not do my banking because they locked up early on a MONDAY! They even saw me at the door and just ignored me. It's not like you're a retail store, you're a national banking institution. No wonder banks have a bad reputation. Do your banking at another branch location, as this one doesn't seem to be customer focused.
