Closed my account today and couldn't be happier. They're terrible people and a terrible bank. Good riddance. Do yourself a favor and go with chase or a credit union instead. You're okay with banking with an institution constantly in the news because of their shady practices? You deserve to be ripped off.

Signed me up for a credit card with out my permission or knowledge.

Tried to charde me for change. Not only will I never go back but I'll never havr an account with them again.

I normally go to the branch near the mall but now twice it has been closer to go to this location. It is a large bank and has plenty of room. While it is rare that I need to be in the branch I needed some ACH printouts. The staff was great and helped me with over 8 different transactions while I was there including faxing out the completed forms. Each item they did with a smile and as quickly as to be expected. Great branch. 

NOTE: They have some very good safety deposit box deals if your a PMA member. It was $5 a year to get a box with my account level. Ask for more details when your in from a banker. In MD I was paying $50 a year for the same size box with the same account types.
