The staff has been very helpful throughout the three years I have been doing business with them. They help me with personal, business, and investing. The best bank I have dealt with. I will be with them for many years to come.

The people there have Always been courteous with me. I usually get fast service. The only downfall is hidden fees for legal matters.

I hate to say this but this is worst Branch to do the simple deposit, PA State issued Id or PA Driver license does not work even Wells Fargo Bank issued card does not work to do deposit at this particular branch. Managers and Tellers need more training. Some tellers are always moody at this location. Tellers and managers simply denied me to do the deposit of my check. So I drive to Lebanon branch to deposit my check. And guess what i simply give my debit card and check to teller and she deposit my check at Lebanon branch. Simple as it is..

Manager and Tellers are Prejudice at Fairlane village mall.  I would never go at this location or branch totally unprofessional. Managers and Tellers give their customers a hard time to do the simple deposit.Managemnt need to look in to this location branch
