So far, I am not impressed with there problem solving skills.
My issue is on-going and I hope we can resolve it without the wheels falling completely off.

I wouldn't reccomend this bank to a dead man, my information was sent to the wrong address, now someone else has my atm card as well as my bank account information. I was tikd that everything would be expedited via fedex, well ten day's later I have no bank information or no atm card they are negligent with how they work and I am looking for another bank.
