Real disappoint it..I just decided to go closed my account and stay with Everest bank, which I have a open account with them..after 15 yrs. Been with wells Fargo, I need to do this.yesterday I just learn, the bank disconnect me from text alert, cause I switch  network carrier, I'm a person got use to be aware cause the texting, John the banker seen it..and explain it, and do Christmas I try send money to pay pal, my account got mess up, he just set the alert again, for me..and my account still overdrawn..i have to wait. Until they refund..me 5 overdraw fee, 5 177..they only want refund me 87.00 dollars al the end not even that I have to go back to sit..like I have time for that.., I will go to sit and closed my account done..with them.i got mortgage with them also..but I think is time for a change..
Missed my bankers people..really do..and is really sad..i just got alert..with negative balance..thank you John for the great help..😓😓😓

This is the slowest bank I have ever had to visit. It is the only one close to my mother's house and every time, and yes I mean every time,, I have had to wait 15+ min for a 2 min visit with the one banker there.
