Great staff veri knowledgeable n helpful

I normally don't have very good experiences with banks but I have been with Wells Fargo since they were Wachovia. I have the greatest relationship with my bank. They are extremely helpful, always willing to find exactly what I need even when I don't know I need it, and the friendliest staff works at this branch, especially KATRINA!!!! I so love her!!!!

They're very unknowledgeable in state identification cards, and accused me of attempting to pass a fake ID. This branch has very poor customer service.
