horrible service I had enrolled in the automatic payment, come to find out they stopped those services without my consent and on top of that charged me over fees. Very horrible customer service and unwilling to work to finding a solution to the problem.

These folks are loan sharks. I thought I was signing up with a reputable financial institution (Wells Fargo) when I got my car loan, but that is not the case. Actually, they are worse than the more disreputable ones! They would have you kill your firstborn if they thought it would give them whatever it is they want (usually a payment). Caveat Emptor!

Representative was literally eating while talking to me. I took time out of my work day and spent nearly my whole BREAK trying to get my concerns resolved and here is the representative chewing loudly. No concern and no professionalism. this whole company is a joke and my loan experience has been an absolute nightmare.

I am having financial hardship due to an unexpected bill this month that is not a reoccuring bill as Wells Fargo seems to think. I've made every payment on time since I've had the loan and have never asked to have a payment deferred before. I called to have this one time payment deferred and they refused to help. So anyone having a difficult time I feel sorry for you if you are with this company because they refuse to work with you on anything!!!!! So if you're a customer in good standing and have one bad month don't bother calling theses morons because they will refuse to help you other than saying oh well you can make a late payment...If I knew I was going to have the extra money to pay you a little late why the heck would I bother calling you for a deferred payment I wouldn't have. Let me just pull some money out of where the sun don't shine and give it to you! And the office of the President calls me and still tells me they can't help me well don't bother calling me wasting my time and pissing me off more then! And I made it clear to put in their records to not be calling me on a daily basis saying my payment is late when I called these idiots asking for a deferred payment for ONE month when my account has been in good standing for well over a year since I got the loan. Thanks for nothing Wells Fargo I hope none of you idiots ever have a hardship!

If I could give less then a zero I would! Wells Fargo dealers services are rude people! They tell you that they are willing to help you, but they think they are the only debt that you have. My husband and I went through a bad time for a couple of months between losing a job and losing a parent, they were not caring at all about that, they just want their money! I have been sending them a large amount for the last 2 weeks and they still keep calling and harassing both of us daily, stating we are still 2 months behind! I think we are being ripped off! Stay away from them! Find a different company for your auto loan.
