We had Wells Home Improvements install new gutters recently. Travis came out, gave an estimate, and had the work done by the end of the week. My husband was very impressed with the quality of work they did. The gutters look great. We will be using Wells for our future needs. We highly recommend Wells Home Improvements!

My gutters were ready to fall off the house. I got in contact with Travis and he had a crew install new seamless gutters the next day. Very quick and quality service! I would highly recommend!

We were in need of roof repairs and new gutters. Travis Wells provided superior customer service, and exceptional workmanship.

Had an appointment for a repair and an estimate for a new roof. Travis was supposed to arrive between 3-3:30. He never showed. We called the contact number to leave a message at 3:45, only to find the mailbox was full. My wife then got a text stating that there was a personal emergency that held him up, but that he was on his way. As of this writing (5 pm), we are still waiting for him to show up. There have been no further phone calls, and no follow up on status or possibly rescheduling to another day.

I understand that personal emergencies happen, but the lack of communication is downright unprofessional and we will not be using them for their services and cannot recommend this company.
