Good luck getting a copy of your medical records if you ever need them. They use a 3rd party, MRO, so apparently they don't have the records. After faxing a release of records form and not receiving records in 3 weeks, I called to check on status and they couldn't find the form. Now I have to go in, sign another form, and wait another week. Meanwhile my 3 year old will be overdue for his well child visit because new doc needs records before can see him.

We were 5 minutes late for our first appointment because my mom is disabled and it takes her a while to walk, so they wouldn't accept us, but did reschedule us back in that day. The doctor we saw was nice and was honest with what they can do.

Courteous employees and usually seen close to the time of scheduled appointment.

Walk in blood work was both fast and the smoothest stick I've ever had including blood donations with red Cross. The results were ready and in my doctor's hands before the end of the day.
