Experience was ok, pricey but ok if you have a special Rx. No parking space street parking only must pay meters. Handicap accessible. Customer service was ok.

Do NOT give this pharmacy your business. They are rude and quick to dismiss you if you have a problem. 
I called their automated system for a refill, and was not given any pickup time or information about how long it would take. I called a few hours later to inquire as to when I could pickup, and was told, as a courtesy they ask for 48 hours, but if I was out of medication (I was) I could pick it up the same day.
I went in at 5:00, two hours before closing, and was curtly told by the stressed out pharmacist that he did not have time to fill the prescription and they require 48 hours. I sighed and told him his staff said I could pick up today given the circumstances, so now I've driven out of my way for nothing. He told me I had an attitude and refused to fill my prescription! Is that even legal?? Needless to say, I will not be going back. Publicly berating customers is NOT the way to run a business. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

gonna start with the PS: i filled this same compounded Rx that Andrew said is $141, for $65, at Clayworth in Castro Valley: TRY THEM FOR COMPOUNDING: MUCH cheaper and 24 hour turnaround, vs 7 days or more at WellSpring. 

I have dealt with this pharmacy several times over the past several years, and have only done so because their pricing was competitive.  Andrew, who owns the place, is completely rude and condescending, and basically a jerk (I notice I am not the first Google reviewer to note that he BERATES THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF STAFF AND OTHER CUSTOMERS>>>TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION) .  Customer service is nonexistent.  I had a rx faxed from my doctor on friday.  i called them on tuesday and they still hadn't pulled it out of the fax machine.  
Andrew was well aware that I wanted the Rx to be more concentrated than the previous one, so I would apply less (it's a cream).  When they finally called me, I asked the price, and was told $111.  When I arrive, I was told $141, and Andrew (who is behind the counter, starts yelling that he's the one who sets the price, etc etc....well then his staff shouldn't have told me $111.
When I inquire about the concentration (because the bottle does not say how much cream to apply), he says it's the same as before.  He never comes over to have this conversation, but rather starts yelling from the back.  He was perfectly aware that I wanted it more concentrated.  I express this, and he says he can only do what is ordered.  Well DUH but his job is also to advocate for the patient, esp when he knows what they want. Would have been very simple for him to ask the doctor if that would have been ok and then satisfied both of us.  Meanwhile he makes up the same Rx that I did not want, tries to charge me $30 more than I was just quoted on the phone, and has a fit when I say I don't want to pick it up. All the while being completely rude and condescending.  This guy seems completely miserable in his work and his life and I will never take my business there again, and I sincerely advise you all to do the same.

Excellent personal service in a great local pharmacy.  Informative, helpful, fast.
