I have been going to this office for years now and have decided to look for a new doctor. In the past years three doctors have left this office. So I've had to learn a new doctor almost every year. And trying to get an appointment is the worse. Even for a check-up. I haven't ever been treated like I didn't matter in my life. If your looking for a long-term doctor this is not the place. They can't keep no doctors, the bathrooms are always dirty and the wait time always get longer and longer. I dread using the bathroom but now I don't have to worry about that problem anymore.

Do NOT visit Dr Natalie Brathwaite. She puntuctured my uterus via IUD insertion and failed to tell during the time of.. she knew she clipped something because she inserted some type of dye immediately after the clip/snip. I wasn't aware until I went for fibroid surgery a month later and wasn't able to have them removed because of the hole. I'm out of 1,500 because of her mistake. After reading other comments, this seems to be the norm for her. She wasn't concerned at all. I went back for my annual today and she said she couldn't see me! Lol. TERRIBLE, absoulty terrible. Apparently appointments are a joke because the wait is always ridiculous! Save yourself some time and money and find a different obgyn!!

Doctor Pickens, she was freaking horrible. She treated me like a lair about my symptoms. She also made it seem like I was the one who made the appointment when she did to check up on me with the birth control! When I told her about my symptoms she said “what do you want me to do?” Like aren’t doctors there to give you other options, just terrible. I am never going back.

I'm NEVER going back to this office. Doctor Natalie was very rude both times. She didn't seem to care about the questions and concerns I had with my health and like she was in a hurry to get me in and out like I didn't have an appointment to see her. I went to an appointment just for them to schedule me for another appointment 2 months out and my issue was not solved at all. Smh y'all need to close down because y'all defeat the purpose of being a doctors office. I'm telling everyone I know NOT to go here.

I've been coming to this office since I was 16 and they are normally pretty good about seeing me. These last few times, not so much. The doctors don't seem too concerned once you tell them about your symptoms. They also prescribed the same medicine over and over even though I told my doctor it wasn't working. I had an appointment for today, when I arrived, I was told my doctor had an emergency and wouldn't be able to see me. I was told I could wait to be seen by another doctor but there is no telling how long that could take. I come here all the way from Atlanta, and for them to not notify me that I would not be able to be seen before I traveled all the way here is unacceptable. This really pissed me off. Looks like I will be finding another doctor office to go to because this center is very unprofessional.
